Recently, one of the parents from Sacred Heart Parish is considering taking his children out of Catholic school. He has had three children in the program for the past four years. He works in construction. Due to the many weeks of rain he has not been able to work, and the family is having financial difficulties, depleting their savings. He was afraid to ask the parish for more assistance with tuition. Withdrawing his children was his way of making ends meet.
